The most wonderful time of the year for Vancouver foodies is back with the return of Dine Out Vancouver Festival! Now in its 20th year, Dine Out Vancouver is Canada’s largest food and drink festival. Each year, hundreds of chefs, restaurants, wineries, and more produce creative fixed-price menus that encourage patrons to dine out during a typically slow time of year. This year, Bruno is excited to participate with vibrant three-course lunch and dinner menus prepared by Executive Chef Will Lew.
The three-course lunch menu features some of the restaurant’s most popular items served family-style for parties of two or more to enjoy for $29 per person. The first course includes the Winter Burrata Salad topped with radicchio, endive, fall orchard fruits, smoked squash tomatoes, candied walnuts and a mandarin balsamic dressing, along with the famous Kurobuta Pork Belly with peppercorn lime aioli. The Flame Torched Spicy Fried Chicken Burger steals the show for the main course with its signature peppercorn aioli, soft brioche bun, and matchstick fries on the side. For the sweet finale, guests can look forward to Bruno’s signature Rustic Tiramisu.
Not to be missed is Bruno’s sumptuous dinner-time feast, beginning with Oysters & Ikura, the Winter Burrata Salad, and Kurobuta Pork Belly. Next up, three main courses decorate the table: Truffle Lavender Duck served with foie gras and confit duck croquettes; Grilled Wagyu Flank Steak served with truffle smashed potatoes and brussels sprouts, and Arctic Char with saffron cream mussels, clams and wild pink scallops. Then, give your tastebuds a sweet send off with the Rustic Tiramisu and Cherry Pavlova. This decadent affair is available for $59 per person with a two-person minimum.
